2. Information we process / 我们处理的信息
When you make a reservation, we process the venue, date, time, party size, name and mobile number. Notes are optional and should not contain unnecessary sensitive information. Our servers may also retain limited security logs such as request time, IP address and browser information to prevent abuse and diagnose faults.

3. Purpose and legal basis / 处理目的与依据
We use reservation information only to check availability, create and manage the booking, contact you about material changes, protect the service and resolve enquiries. Required fields are necessary to provide the reservation service; optional notes are processed with your consent.

4. Storage, sharing and transfer / 存储、共享与跨境
Reservation records are stored in mainland China using the same domestic reservation system as the Barules Group Mini Program. Infrastructure providers process data only to provide hosting, database and security services under our instructions. We do not sell personal information. Reservation information is not sent to Google Maps or Amap; map links contain venue search text only. We do not transfer reservation information outside mainland China.

5. Retention / 保存期限
Reservation records are retained for no longer than 180 days after the visit or cancellation, unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute or comply with law. Security logs are normally retained for no longer than 180 days. Data is deleted or anonymised when the period expires.
预订记录自到店或取消之日起保存不超过 180 天；如处理争议或履行法定义务确需更长时间，将在必要范围内延长。 安全日志通常保存不超过 180 天。保存期限届满后，我们将删除或匿名化处理相关信息。
6. Your rights / 您的权利
You may request access, a copy, correction, supplementation or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent for optional processing. Contact us using the details above. We will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law, normally within 15 working days.
