1. Scope / 适用范围
These terms apply to reservations submitted through barules.com for Barules Cocktail Club and participating Reply Bar venues. Reply Bar Shanghai currently offers live queueing only; Reply Bar Beijing is not yet open.
本条款适用于通过 barules.com 向 Barules Cocktail Club 及开放预订的 Reply Bar 门店提交的预订。 Reply Bar Shanghai 目前仅开放现场排位；Reply Bar Beijing 尚未开业。
2. Creating a request / 提交预订
Please provide accurate contact and party information. A confirmation code means the request has been recorded in our system with status “pending confirmation”; venue staff may contact you if an adjustment is required. Availability can change during submission, so a displayed time is not held until the request is accepted by the system.
请提供准确的联系方式与人数信息。显示确认编号表示申请已写入系统，状态为“待确认”；如需调整，门店员工可能与您联系。 提交过程中余位可能发生变化，因此系统成功受理前，页面显示的时段并不构成保留。
3. Changes and cancellation / 修改与取消
If you need to change or cancel, contact the booked venue as early as possible and provide the confirmation code. Until website self-service is introduced, changes made by phone or staff are authoritative.
如需修改或取消，请尽早联系预订门店并提供确认编号。在网站自助管理功能上线前，以电话或门店员工处理结果为准。
4. Arrival and seating / 到店与座位
Please arrive at the reserved time. Seating areas and table types are assigned according to on-site operations; preferences in the notes are requests rather than guarantees. Contact the venue if you expect to be late.
请按预订时间到店。座位区域与桌型将根据现场运营安排；备注中的偏好属于请求，并不构成保证。如预计迟到，请联系门店。
5. Responsible service / 理性饮酒
Guests must comply with applicable law and venue rules. Alcohol will not be served to minors or to persons for whom service would be unsafe or unlawful. The venue may refuse or end service where necessary to protect guests, staff and the premises.
顾客应遵守法律法规及门店规则。我们不会向未成年人提供酒精饮品，也不会在服务存在安全或法律风险时继续供酒。 为保护顾客、员工与场所安全，门店可在必要时拒绝或终止服务。
