Structure before decoration.
The Tongren Road room looks to Carlo Scarpa: wood, brass, mirror, proportion and changing light. The bar stays at the center—of the floor plan and of the exchange.

A deep command of classic structure lets the bartender work without a fixed list. Technique stays in service of balance; the finished drink stays in service of the guest.
