04 / THE NAME, THE CORE

Reply Bar takes its name from response.

Sam Kuan and Luca Cinalli founded Reply Bar in Taipei in 2020. Their shared method brings together creativity and sustainability, food and drink, spatial systems and service.

The work is restrained but layered, approachable but never superficial. Production is simplified so flavor, balance and the guest remain visible.
